Class Policies

Please review the following policies before registering for a Solaire Training course. By completing your registration, you acknowledge and agree to the policies that apply to your selected class.

Enrollment and Refund Policy

All class enrollment payments are nonrefundable.

Registration reserves a specific seat, class date, instructor, and training equipment. Refunds are not issued for scheduling conflicts, missed classes, failure to complete required coursework, late arrivals, or choosing to attend with another training provider.

If Solaire Training cancels a class, registered students will be offered the option to transfer their enrollment to another available date or receive a refund.

Rescheduling Policy

Students must contact Solaire Training at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time to request a change.

Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of class, missed classes, and arrivals more than 15 minutes late are subject to a $15 rescheduling fee.

After paying the applicable rescheduling fee, students may select another available class date. Class availability is not guaranteed. Students are responsible for choosing a class date that meets any personal, employment, licensing, or certification deadlines.

American Red Cross First Aid/CPR/AED Classes

Certain American Red Cross First Aid, CPR, and AED courses are blended-learning courses consisting of:

1. A required online course
2. An in-person skills session

The online portion must be fully completed before the scheduled in-person skills session. Students should allow approximately 3–4 hours to complete the online coursework.

Students may be asked to provide proof of completion upon arrival. Students who have not completed the required online portion cannot participate in the in-person skills session and will need to reschedule. The applicable rescheduling fee will apply.

Completing only the online course does not provide certification. Certification is issued only after all required online and in-person components are successfully completed.

Basic Life Support Classes

Instructor-led Basic Life Support classes do not require online coursework before class unless the individual product description or confirmation email specifically states otherwise.

Students should review their confirmation email for class details, arrival instructions, and any required materials.

Arrival and Late Attendance

Students should arrive 10–15 minutes before the scheduled start time to allow time for parking, locating the classroom, and checking in.

Students who arrive more than 15 minutes late may not be admitted because required instruction and skills practice may already be underway. The student will need to reschedule and pay the applicable rescheduling fee.

Certification Requirements

Attendance does not automatically guarantee certification. Students must participate in the required instruction, demonstrate the applicable skills, and successfully complete any course assessments required by the certifying organization.
